Summer has officially come to an end, and I, yet again, have been terrible at writing these blogs. This summer was amazing. I had so much fun working with all my brides for 2027, lots of newborns, and sprinkled in a few senior sessions. Don't worry! I still have a bunch of sessions lined up before things go quieter for the winter months! I have a couple more weddings yet, and maybe 3 or 4 engagements! I am so pumped and so thankful. I hope you all have been enjoying my sessions as much as I have! I love the clients that come to me, every single one of them have been amazing to work with, and some have become friends. My goal for 2027 is to focus on BTS content a little more so you all can get to know me as well! Let's kick off fall and have a good holiday season!

End of Summer 2026

Oh my goodness!!! July has been amazing! I still have at least one more engagement session, but I just had to make a post while things still feel fresh! So something I haven't talked about a ton has been my heart to work with women in labor and delivery. My best friend in the whole world became a doula about 4 years ago. (Fun fact, she helped deliver my second and he was born on her birthday.) She is obsessed with birth! So when I picked up a camera, birth photography was talked about quiet a bit. For the last year I have taken that desire very seriously, although the opportunity was hard to find. My beautiful client, who I now consider a friend, allowed me to be with her in such a vulnerable state and I am so thankful! The whole experience was amazing and so beautiful. I am being given another opportunity to capture a home birth in August. At that point I will be making a separate Instagram page for my labor and delivery clients. If you are interested in having a birth photographer, don't be afraid to reach out!!! I would love to meet with you and go over what you would want from the experience! At some point I will be publicly advertising Birth Photography as a service here on my website, but I will not be posting any galleries. It will be inquiry based, and the galleries I do share with clients will be in person with explicit permission from the person who's birth I photographed. I hope this was fun for everyone to read about! The rest of my sessions this month have been amazing per usual! I will be going on vacation in mid August, but I will be back after that!

New Things Coming!

Well the year of 2026 has been so fun for me! I was working full time for a production company in 2025 AND doing this, so that was quite exhausting! This year I feel like I was able to regroup, ground myself in what I want, and dig deep. I am so happy that you all are finally able to see how my brain works. My goal for this year has been to create new. Whether that be concepts, or direction, or even edits. I just want to keep pushing forward and making new goals for myself. I have had such an honor to work for clients who want my creative direction this year, and it has helped me shine so much! I hope you all have been enjoying some of my more recent work because I have been obsessed.

Mid-Year Update 2026

It's been a hot minute!! SURPRISE! So the biggest news I have is this: I was working under another photographer for the past year and I felt like I was starting to loose my editing style a bit, so I took a step back and dug back to my roots. I worked really hard to start this "new" look that feels 100% more like me. I want to feel things when I edit and I want my clients to feel those things too. So here are a couple photos with my official look moving forward.

November Blog

This is my very first blog post ever, I really think this part of my website will be used far less. October was super busy and so good! Below I have some pictures from different sessions I did. I thought it would mostly be families, but it ended up being pretty well rounded overall. I had about 10 sessions and 1 of my own weddings, and I also did 4 other weddings as a second shooter. One of my favorite things so far has been working with couples and moving more into the weddings side of things. I am so thankfull for all the recommendations and positive feedback I've gotten thus far. You guys all make my heart so happy. I'll post here again soon, I have no idea when haha. Here's to another month! Thank you all so much!

October

Welcome! These are my short little updates that I will try to do month to month. My blogs will be overviews of what's going on in my work life for my clients to understand who I am a little better!

Enjoy!
